Polygods Next Chapter
Dear Polygods Community,
we have a lot to announce. First of all, we have decided to change our core concept. We have been watching the market closely and want to clearly distinguish ourselves from projects that deal with oversized yield farming, promise AMMs that are not relevant and DeFi instruments that are mainly there to map ponzi schemes and plan rug pulls.
Core concept changes? Yes, we have decided in the last weeks that we want to redesign Polygods in its core.
We will publish a separate post in which we will go into more depth, but we can already tell you that our fingers are tingling to move our fantasy NFT powered community more in the direction of gaming.
The branding fits very well, features in our NFTs were planned anyway, but we wanted to move more in the direction of a game to connect functions, instead of boring vouchers for products that are produced in the DeFi space in excess.
We still want to connect our NFTs with external third party providers, but all more focused on the gaming industry.
Of course we still want to keep one thing in mind. Our NFTs will not fall into the same joke cryptocurrency category as dogecoin or elongate.
NFTs have important applications, and they could change the future landscape of digital assets or how some objects are uniquely identified, trusted, verified and owned. A very important point for us to disrupt the gaming industry.
Look forward to:
* The ability as a player to rule their own universe through special achievements, mapped as a unique NFT, polygod.
* A multiverse that is the setting for our core concept.
* Non Pay to Win Game Design
* Community based roleplaying continues and will be incorporated as a unique lore to our further ideas.
* Space Mustangs that allow travel to different universes.
* No breeding or TGC, we focus on uniqueness. Professional game design from the beginning. NFTs will be used as a technical tool, but the main focus will become the interaction between the players and our product.
What happens next

Nothing changes here. All Mustang token owners will still get their tokens transferred to Polygods. We are currently writing a script that will go through the Mustang token holder snapshot and convert their shares to polygods and send them out. More on this soon! Thanks to Mustang we will be able to provide you a six-figure liquidity locked pool from the start that will stabilize our incoming launch. Together with our individual lockup timers we think that our token is armed with great support!

The NFT Keys will be used as an on-chain whitelist as previously described. The sale of these keys will last until August 14th. We will only accept minimum offers of 0.25 ETH. Everything below that will be burned on the 15th. This is for the fairness of the buyers, who have given much higher sums for some keys. On the 15th the pre-sale for the NFT key holders will start.
We will close the whitelist for the 2nd pre-sale on the 18th and then start the pre-sale shortly after.
